Ove stands for Ove Andersson who was the winner of the 1971 Monte-Carlo rallye in his Alpine-Renault A110.
The sign is in thick carbon and in a quite rough “rally” condition.
No information if it’s from the rally or if it was some kind of Renault marketing item at the time.
